Our repairs workshop is located in Yvelines, in the Île-de-France region. It has been completely fitted out and equipped with state-of-the-art tools to enable our specialists to examine, repair your devices and ensure they are in good working order.

We are aware that the risks of infection related to endoscopy require a specific, meticulous cleaning and disinfecting procedure. That is why we have equipped our workshop with a microbiology laboratory. It is fully incorporated into our quality approach and complies with the best practice recommendations listed in INSTRUCTION No. DGOS/PF2 of 4 July 2016, on handling flexible thermosensitive endoscopes.
